Weekly Tests / Assignments
During the academic year, there will be regular tests/ assignments all of which count towards selection for the University Examination. If a student is unable to appear for any College test, prior application citing the reason must be given to the Vice-Principal (Academic). Permission will not be granted except for serious reasons. Retests may be arranged in exceptional circumstances subject to the payment of a fine.
Selection Examinations for the First Year students will be held in December; for the Second and third Year students the test will be held in March. It is mandatory for students to pass in the Selection Examinations in order to qualify to appear for the university examinations.
Examinations
Students should possess valid documents to appear for any Examination. Candidates who are late by more than 30 minutes shall not be admitted to the examination hall. A candidate is liable to be expelled from the examination hall if he/she: 1. Keeps any book or notes; 2. Speaks to or communicates in any way to another candidate and 3. Disobeys any instructions of the invigilator or is rude.
